Sohaila Abdulali, an author, who was the director of the Boston Area Rape Crisis Centre

Sashwati Banerjee, a communications specialist working on reproductive health projects

Chitrita Majumdar, an entrepreneur who currently runs Synchronicity, her own advertising agency

Neela Kapadia, a photographer and documentary filmmaker
|

Sonali Ojha, a social entrepreneur who has set up Dreamcatchers Foundation to work with young people

Meenakshi Shedde, a journalist and film critic with a passion for photography
|

Shilpa Hingorani, an entrepreneur who runs her own fashion export firm

The board meets twice a year to discuss broader policy matters, with a four-person managing committee meeting more often. Bishakha Datta, a board member is the programme director and has managed the organization since its inception.
